My wife and I drove the 4 1/2 hours north to Montreal for the weekend to select and bring back tea-ware for our new tea offerings at the shop. Seems to me that there’s a dearth of really good tea in New England and I’m just going to have to solve that problem. September 1st, we’ll officially begin serving some extraordinary teas sourced from some of the top tea merchants in North America. And we’ll be serving them the traditional way: in a gaiwan or a clay pot.
