From stands of wild cacao found deep in the Belize rainforest, we made this chocolate with some of the only genetically pure 100% criollo cacao in the world. The color is pale, the flavor savory. There isn’t–we only received about 20kg; less then 50 pounds, but what we have is spectacular.
We’ll make these bars available to purchase beginning the day after Thanksgiving.
