
Our first batch of roasted and winnowed MEXICO ALMENDRA BLANCA cacao nibs, a precious white bean variety with minimal bitterness.
We’re proud to be one of the first U.S. companies to have worked with Agrofloresta‘s exceptional Mexican cacao, and one of the first to produce chocolate from the new Almendra Blanca beans.
We provide farmers with better prices and save them labor with our transportation services. We build local production capacity through agronomic and input support. We preserve, create and improve agroforestry systems and contribute to the well-being of surrounding conservation areas. Our work is boosting biodiversity, soil health and carbon capture.

These are going into the grinder this afternoon. Once we taste the finished chocolate, we’ll work toward optimizing the recipe for these beans.
