Fine Chocolate (FCIA) Conference in NYC

Largest turnout ever for the NYC FCIA conference: 250 people. Today Rich attended the FCIA Board Mtg, facilitated two chocolatier table talks. presented a summary to the crowd, spoke on the Heirloom Cacao Preservation Initiative, and chatted with a whole lot of chocolate folks (as did Laura and Dan). Long, but excellent day!
