Chocolate Cortés “Forteza” 80% Pure Puerto Rican
In 1929, Don Pedro Cortés Forteza founded Chocolate Cortés in Puerto Rico, and the company has provided chocolate for drinking and baking since. Last year, descendent Eduardo Cortés created Forteza, a line of fine chocolate crafted from Puerto Rican and Dominican Republic beans.
