A bar of exquisitely rare 100% pure Criollo chocolate we produced from HCP Heirloom-designated Belize cacao. The chocolate tastes like panela and maize and is unlike any you’ve tried before.
We made these from three different fermentation styles, and only received about 7 kilograms (15lbs) of each.
