Weather. Cows. Next croissants: May 12-13.

April 15, 2018 by Richard Tango-Lowy

Weather.
“Cows don’t like change,” says
Craig the dairyman.

Not just cows.

Used their milk in today’s CROISSANTS,
some of which I’m stuffing
with MOUSSE.

Moose don’t like change either, but
don’t have much say in the matter.

Weather’s just weather to a moose.
