Bread on Friday (and we finally made ice cream)

Chocolate Plum (technically pluot, a plum-apricot cross) with very dark chocolate chips. I churned today and it’s hardening overnight. (The staff took spoons to the churns ;-)

Oh, and Friday’s Good Bread is wheat & rye with bourbon-soaked figs and dark chocolate.
