Exhibit B. Rich crafted a giant cacao pod bonbon for Dr. A’s retirement. (A giant bonbon being exactly what would make Dr. A very happy.) A Tikal Guatemalan chocolate shell filled with layers of vanilla ganache, butter toffee, and caramel.
