BORN, NEVER TASKED – Rich chocolate cloud caramel in Creos Peruvian 72% dark milk.

Developed an unusual (as far as I know) technique for making chocolate caramel. The flavor is sweet, rich, and dark, and the texture is like eating a caramel cloud.
