I’m working on a honey citron bonbon today. The Buddha’s Hand citrons were really nice this year, so Donna candied some, dried some, and made us some syrup. The cream is local, and we made the Peru 68% dark chocolate here in our shop from Piura region cacao.
Just finished casting some new BLACK DRAGON bars for 2022.
