Chef & Chocolate

Y’all might not know that Chef Angelina was a speaker at the Fine Chocolate Industry Association’s 2019 Elevate Chocolate event in NYC this past weekend. Her talk, USING CHOCOLATE AS A CHEF, was well-attended and well-received. And the rugelach she made for the Chocolatier’s Table (Using XOCO’s Maya Red chocolate) was well-devoured. Congratulations, Angelina!
