The first vision. Soft honey caramel infused with meyer lemon and lavender blossoms and molded in a delicate 72% Venezuelan chocolate cacao pod. It is Lavender Lemon Lucidity.
The second vision. Tutti-Frutti basil and Guavaberry liquor from the island of Sint Maartin blended into a feisty 66% Caribbean chocolate ganache. A truffle brushed in edible gold. I call it Caribbean Basilica.
The final vision. Cracked tellicherry peppercorns, echo of lemon, and dark rum rhythms blended into a 66% Caribbean dark chocolate baton brushed with scarlet. The Head Trip Truffle.
