A blend of two of our precious Heirloom-designated chocolates: Belize Pure Criollo (HCP Heirloom No.11) provides a savory caramel-corn base, while Bolivia Wild-Harvested (HCP Heirloom No.2) adds a creamy black cherry finish. For added interest, I scattered flakes of the Belize along one edge of the bar and the Bolivia along the other.
