I’m exploring the flavor profiles of our two new chocolates. I’ve named the Maranon Canyon Peruvian Dark Milk “Creos,” to represent creation. There’s evidence that the Maranon Canyon is where the white cacao seed mutation occurred over 5,000 years ago.
