The 2021 Dead

SPICY CARAMEL SKULLS are appropriate for La Dia de los Muertos–the Day of the Dead, and we make them wilder each year. Chef Donna crafted our FIRST DEAD for 2021: brown sugar and Peruvian Piura dark chocolate cloud caramel with fruity Amarillo & Costenza chiles and Tequila, cast in Tanzania 68% dark chocolate. Caps and horns are shaped from nougat, while Los Sombreros are chocolate brushed crisp apricots.
