Fruit & Nut Nougat

REMEMBRANCES OF NOUGATS PAST – almond, pistachio, apricot, saffron nougat dipped in Bolivia Itenez dark milk chocolate.

It was nice to see you today, Alanna. It was years ago when I asked you to see if we could make nougat here at the shop. You did, of course. You were willing to try anything when it came to chocolate or baking, and generally pulled it all off really nicely.

Thought of you when I made the nougat. Glad you’re doing well.
