MUNEN MUSO (no thoughts, no expectations) – fresh strawberry & Cara Cara orange ganache in Manabi 70% finished with dried strawberry “chips”. The strawberries were fantastic (the ones we ate fresh before drying the rest) and the Manabi is from our friends at Conexión Chocolate in Ecuador.
