A quiet day in the (closed on Sundays) shop baking Tikal Sapote Zen Brownies and traditional yeasted rugelach. But the music’s loud so it’s not actually quiet. 80’s rock, .and very loud. Maybe make mandelbrot if I’m in the mood.
