A Cranberry Bogamid December 28, 2008November 23, 2012Past is Passed Simmer bog-fresh cranberry in melted sugar until it turns crunchy sweet-tart. Place cranberry into a dark chocolate shell and drizzle with sweet cranberry syrup. Seal tightly with more chocolate. A conical cranberry pyramid–a Bogamid.
