5am flight to Panama and then Trinidad for Heirloom Cacao Preservation. Managing Director Alyssa and I are meeting with the folks who represent HCP at origin:

Erick Ac in Guatemala and Central America
Mey Choy Paz in Peru, and
Natalia Aristizábal in Colombia
The five of us are gathering to strengthen HCP’s work on the ground, to provide more value to farmers, and ultimately, better chocolate to the world.
