A small casual gathering of folk and friends who want to taste and chat chocolate. Everyone’s invited to register.
5:30-6:00pm Mixer with cheese, fresh fruit, and noshes 6:00-7:00pm A guided tasting of the Art behind our Truffles and the Truffles behind our Art, followed by a tasting of rare chocolate and a pleasant discussion of how Chocolate Saves the World.
Tickets are $45-75 (your choice). We’re donating the profits to Heirloom Cacao Preservation (HCP) to discover new fine flavor cacao varietals, enhance biodiversity, and support cacao farming communities.
