A Revolution, of Sorts

One more ride around the sun and I’m feeling the need for chocolate cake. No elegant piece of patisserie for me; I want a CHOCOLATIER’S CHOCOLATE CAKE–over the top and in your face.

Yeah well, I made my own cake.

Bold Bolivian Alto Beni 74% dark chocolate, fat flavorful local bananas, house-made vanilla-infused rum, caramelized banana “ganache” with toasted coconut.

Sometimes you need your chocolate to be serious.
