
We’re making couvertures from Heirloom-designated cacao–some of the most precious beans in the world. Very small batch (both the cacao and the couverture).
We’re currently producing 70% and 75% from HCP#1 Bolivia Alto Beni–the very first cacao to be designated as Heirloom, back in 2014. This cacao is hard to get; we purchased most of what was available for 2025, and the entire production for 2025.
