MALLORCA SANDWICHES. House-made Puerto Rican bun, touch of chocolate and maple syrup, aged Serrano ham, and Spanish Mahon cheese toasted until crisp and hit with confectioner’s sugar.
It’s hard to find a good Mallorca off the Island.
Been awhile, hasn’t it. Took me most of the day to make the buns. Yaz knows.
