We posted this little ditty after our NH Chronicle segment aired on December 16, 2011. We re-aired last night, so it seems appropriate to re-post. Cindy refers to Cindy Jones, our videographer.
Cindy, oh Cindy, your video was fine;
You Chronicled our little shop;
The segment was divine!
You spread the word and folks have flocked;
Our old wood door unlocked today,
Your TV viewers came our way
And bought and ate our chocolate until
There was nothing left to buy, but“Do not fear, my Friends,” I say,
We’re making stuff to bring your way:
Truffles, bonbons through the day–
Try some Blueberries with Chardonnay,
Or Moonlight Mead with almonds and
Cacao nibs and (it’s not gonna rhyme…)
Chocolate! Or Blood Oranges with honey
From Tasmania. And gift baskets!
And Hot Drinking Chocolate! And bars bars bars bars bars!Enough already! We’ll see you all within our shop;
Stop in, relax, take your time (Life ain’t so quick)
The hot chocolate’s thick… We’ll see at the shop!
We’ve different truffles and bonbons this year, and we’ve had a bit more time to prepare for our guests. We’ll see ya’ll at the door.

p.s. Our regular business hours are Wed – Sat 11 AM – 7 PM. This Thursday, we’ll open at 2 PM so I can take my staff out for a great big appreciation lunch!
