FAR FROM HERE – wild guava leaf with pineapple, tequila, and Buddha’s Hand citron in Mexico Chiapas dark chocolate, enrobed in a blend of Mexico “Almendra Blanca” and Ecuador chocolate and touched with powdered guava leaf.

Fall is crisp though warm today. 
Moments here, moments away
in the damp of an island forest,
an Andes afternoon (rain predicted,
the daily misting), a Pacific
Coast jungle, cacao pods abound
hours from the city; volcano
sputtering far enough but a
little close. Fine memories, and
it's fine here, too.
