
INTERREGNUM (AGAIN) – Spicy ancho Chile fudge enrobed in two Heirloom-designated chocolates: Belize Pur Criollo and Bolivia Alto Beni.
I.
I'm not fond of poodles. My grandmother had a pair when I was six: Missy and Mimi. I don't recall why we didn't get along, but we didn't. Nothing against poodles in general.
II.
Ancho Chiles are warm and a little hot. The chocolates are unusually savory. Blackbirds know what I know.
III.
Experiments. The fudge came out soft and the bonbons are ugly. Sometimes ugly is an opportunity.
