LATKES TONIGHT. Crispy fried potato pancakes with applesauce and sour cream; the ultimate comfort food. (Except for noodle kugle; the ultimate ultimate comfort food). What would you say to a latke bonbon–rich and chocolate and potato-ey? Just kidding, but I can’t promise it won’t happen in the future. What I’m really making today are cacao-cremosa roches. Or maybe kugle bonbons.
