| Each cocoa bean has a taste that is truly unique, a personality as distinct as the sound made by a musical instrument, or the voice of an opera singer. |
Master chocolatier Robert Linxe said that. Here I was, blending chocolate with music… fine choral music to make one teary with happiness.
What an amazing evening at the Manchester Choral Society’s annual Wine Tasting Celebration this past Friday! Many fine wines, excellent food, delicious dry cider, and tremendous music and singing!
Thank you, each one of you who stopped by my table to partake. That you enjoyed learning about cacao and tasting my truffles is what makes the work of a chocolatier so absolutely pleasurable and rewarding.

And thank you to the fine local businesses that came together to help the Choral Society make this benefit so successful. Pine State Trading, Horizon Beverage, The Imported Grape, Flag Hill Winery, Dunn Wines, Farnum Hill Ciders, Piscassic Pond Winery, Haunting Whisper Vineyards, as well as Two Friends Bagels and Deli and Fratellos. And thank you Amanda for making it all possible!
Makes me want to sing!
