I’ve just returned to the States after an intense week’s training at L’Ecole du Grand Chocolat Valrhona–the world’s most respected chocolatier school–in the Rhone Valley of France. And I’ve come back with presents.
First, I have new skills and knowledge that will become apparent as soon as you try my newest chocolates, which I expect to produce early next month.
Second, I brought back a lot of chocolate and am scheduling two tastings so you experience some of these amazing cacao flavors.

We will be tasting six to eight chocolates, including at least two or three that don’t yet exist in the U.S. (except perhaps through Dancing Lion Chocolate).
