A few highlights from our holiday display. The handpainted Filipino Capiz shell bonbon sharing box is one of a kind and gorgeous: I filled it with dipped bonbons and gianduja. Then there’s the edible Enchanted Tree sculpture crafted from marshmallow, candied citrus, and caramel. And Donna’s latest Maya Ixchel Chocolate Goddess sculpture as well, cast from our brilliant Mexico Tabasco 50% dark milk.
We’ve restocked bonbon boxes and bars (still making bonbons at a solid pace), and are good for in-shop and online sales, though shipped items aren’t likely to arrive before next week.
