Paul and I had the honor of formally tasting some exquisitely precious wild Amazonian chocolate with André Banks and Luisa Abrams.
For those who don’t know, Luisa is an amazing Brazilian chocolate maker who specializes in Amazonian cacao. You can read much more about her in the book “Wild Chocolate” by Rowan Jacobsen.
