I don’t always get my photos up in a timely manner, what with making bonbons and truffles and bars and building out a shop and all. No excuses, mind you; just my normal state of affairs. Here are some niceties on which I’ve been remiss.

I did this banana leaf presentation for a party commission a bit back. It was well-received, and I like the way it came out.

These painted pieces are actually strawberry-rhubarb marshmallows prepared in the French-style and dipped in my Tango couveture chocolate. I made them for The Chocolate Shop in Hanover, NH; a nice place to purchase Dancing Lion Chocolate truffles, bonbons and bars if you live in or are visiting that area. I’ll be making more marshmallows early next year.
