Janine Parziale’s photography is breathtaking. Photos of her travels to Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and other Asian nations forces you the see beauty in people and places as she sees beauty. Gaze the images for even a few moments and you’re in those places, with those people.
I’m honored that when Janine found herself in possession of a Dancing Lion Chocolate bonbon, she chose to delay gratification (or perhaps not!) by photographing it before consumption. The piece was “Year of the Serpent,” with fresh persimmon and espresso–a bonbon I crafted to honor the Asian New Year. The photos are speak for themselves.
