MAKI-ZUSHI from “maki” to roll up and “zushi” in seasoned rice, typically with “nori” crisp seaweed. Yummy. NIKIRI-ZUSHI from seasonal fresh fish and “nigiri” on an hand-rolled ball of seasoned rice. Also yummy. UMEBOSHI, a salted pickled plum. Very very yummy. FRIDAY.
