Ice Cream

Churning CARDAMOM KAFFIR LIME ICE CREAM. Technically, it’s Ethiopian Black Cardamom, grated kaffir lime peel, and Iranian dried limes, all from my friends at Epices de Cru in Montreal–my all-time favorite spice shop. It will be ready to taste tomorrow. Meanwhile, we have Peruvian Dark Chocolate, Melon Clove, and Chocolate Rhubarb Pineapple ice creams ready to go. I just made myself a Melon Clove Float with Peach Soda. Heaven.
